Finnegan/Manson LLC is an independent construction consulting firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since 1983, we have provided objective, third-party evaluation of commercial project documentation on behalf of construction lenders and owners.
Over four decades our regional reach has grown to include projects across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas — from small multifamily rehabilitations to large-scale institutional construction.
