Finnegan/Manson LLC was founded in New Orleans in 1983 by Tom Finnegan and Hugh Manson with a straightforward mission: provide knowledgeable construction consulting to the lending industry.
Over four decades, F/M has taken part in the expansion of the high-rise business district in New Orleans, the conversion of the Warehouse District into a high-end residential and commercial center, the broad expansion of the Lake Pontchartrain North Shore region, and post-Katrina recovery work.
Long-term client relationships have produced a regional reach into projects across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Arkansas.

Tom Finnegan
Founder
Tom co-founded Finnegan/Manson, LLC in 1983 with Hugh Manson with the mission of providing knowledgeable construction consulting to the lending industry. His background as contractor, developer, and appraiser has provided the extensive knowledge base to evaluate the varied aspects of each project — and to organize and rescue problem projects on behalf of lenders and developers.
Mike Tomeny
Senior Consultant
With significant experience as a contractor, construction manager, and in field operations, Mike brings to Finnegan/Manson the ability to review, observe, and recognize potential problems inherent in project documentation and field operations. His strong background provides excellent in-field evaluation of progress as it relates to funding.
